How much time is needed to process my order?

If the product is in stock the process begins with us accepting the payment, which means that the order status changes to "PENDING". In any other case we will contact you within 24 hours to update you on the status of the order. Shipments usually take from 24 to 48 hours when using a courier service and 3-5 working days in the case of Postal Service.

What are the shipping costs in Poland?

Domestic delivery via Postal Service costs around 11 PLN. Via courier – 14 PLN per one package. We use GLS as our courier of choice. The above costs apply to domestic shipments. In case of delivery outside Poland (only selected countries) the cost of parcels up to 3 kg is 69 PLN.

Forms of payment.

We offer the following methods of payment for the ordered products:

a) wire transfer (prepayment): the payment for the order shall be transferred to our bank account specified in an e-mail confirming your order.

b) online payment via PayU. In the case of a rejection of the transaction, please contact PayU via e-mail: pomoc@payu.pl or by phone +48 (61) 630 60 05. 8am - 8pm daily.

c) payment by cash, or by credit card for personal pick ups from the LA MILLOU SHOWROOM, address: Ruczaj 89, Warsaw.

We would also like to inform you that we do not offer cash on delivery shipments.

Help, my "Product is temporarily not available"!

This caption means that we are awaiting the product to be manufactured in one of our sewing houses, or we are awaiting the fabric to create it from. In the first instance the waiting time is 1-2 weeks. In the latter instance, when we are missing a fabric, or any other material, the waiting time can reach 2 months. If you have an urgent need to buy one of our products, please contact us via e-mail: kontakt@lamillou.com to check its availability. We will make sure you get the most precise information about anything in our portfolio, or we will look for the product you are looking for via our distributors.

Is cash on delivery an option?

Payment on delivery is possible ONLY for physical pick ups at our SHOWROOM – Ruczaj 89, Warsaw. You can pay by cash, or via credit card. We do not offer cash on delivery shipments.

I would like to buy a product that is currently unavailable. How can I do this?

We would like to encourage you to browse our distributors, whom you can find under the STORES tab. They offer a great number of our products that are very often temporarily unavailable, or have been discontinued within our store. The stores are one click away - just choose a distributor logo to be redirected to browse our products in a particular store - it's that easy. We highly recommend this method, as very often you might come across massive discounts and hard to find La Millou gems.

Where can I collect my order?

You can collect your order at our SHOWROOM in Warsaw, Ruczaj 89, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Before you visit us, please call us, or send us an e-mail to make sure we have everything ready for you. Thanks!

What are your blankets filled with? Are they safe for people with allergies?

We fill our blankets, pillows and cushions with a hypoallergenic silicone fleece. Detailed information about the type of used fabrics and fillings, as well as certificates, can be found in the “Safety” section of our website.

Can I return a purchased product?

According to the Act of 02.03.2000 regulating the protection of consumer rights, the Customer may terminate the sale contract without stating a cause, by producing a written statement within 14 days from the date of purchase. The statement – a Product Return Form, can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.
