The return can be made within 30 days from the purchase. If you want to return any ordered products, please let us know by sending us a filled out return form.

The cost of returning the order to the store is paid for by the Customer.

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can fill out a complaint form.

The complaint will be handled within 14 days from the day we receive it.
We will inform you by e-mail, or by telephone about the proposed solution to the problem.


If the claim is justified, we will replace the defective product with a new one (free of any and all defects), or we will remove the defect entirely.
